| Parent Commitments |
| Parent participation is truly how a cooperative preschool succeeds. It also provides an opportunity to meet other parents and form new friendships that often last beyond the preschool years. At Lakeland we recommend the following from each of our families: Parent : Parents are given the opportunity to help in the classroom. All parents are required to bring a snack for the children. These schedules are done on a monthly basis. Fundraising: Each family is responsible for assisting with one fundraising event. Parent Orientation: A parent must attend the Parent Orientation evening prior to the start of school. Committee or Board Participation: Each family is ask to sign up for one committee. Parents may also choose to take a Board position if there is one available. |
